Cancellation Policy

All pre-booked classes must be cancelled a minimum of 12-hours in advance. If you late-cancel, there is a $18 charge for unlimited members and class pack holders will lose one class.

Purchase Policy

Single classes expire 31 days from purchase, 4 class packs expire 60 days from date of purchase, 10 class packs expire 3 months from date of purchase. All class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable; there are no exceptions. Membership is offered for unlimited visits in a 30-day period, not to exceed 1 visit per day. This is auto-renewed every 30 days and starts with a 6-month agreement and will automatically renew on a monthly basis after the initial 6 months. Cancellation REQUIRES a 30 day notice and must be processed with studio management and a signed document. Contracts may be suspended for up to 3 months and are subject to Owner approval due to documented Illness, Injury, or Extended Travel (over 30 days). There is a $10 monthly charge for suspended contracts, for up to 3-month duration. Contract suspensions must be executed in person at least 7 days prior to next billing cycle and will take place the following month.

Class participants must be 14 years old to not be accompanied by an adult so long as there is a signed waiver and membership agreement on file.

Retail items that are unworn and unwashed may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. No refunds on retail items.

All class times and trainers are subject to change. Pricing is subject to change without notice.

Terms and Conditions

By signing up for a Hustle House class, you acknowledge you have voluntarily chosen to participate in a program of intense physical exercise. You acknowledge that you are fully informed of the strenuous nature of this exercise program and the possibility of adverse physiological occurrences including, but not limited to, abnormal blood pressure, fainting, heart attack or death. You assume all risk of your health and wellbeing, and fully release and hold harmless for any responsibility, cost or damages, Hustle House, LLC, its parents and subsidiaries, trainers, members and employees. Your agreement to this release, and the Waiver of Liability attached hereto, applies each time you visit Hustle House. You acknowledge that any minor under your care, has voluntarily chosen to participate. You assume all risk for your health and wellbeing, and that of any minor under your care.

ALL PARTICIPANTS

As with any exercise program, you assume certain risk by starting and/or participating in exercise activities. Our workouts are extremely strenuous, and participants are urged to consult a physician before participating or starting an exercise program. It is your responsibility to ensure that you do not exceed your physical limits or over-exert yourself. You are responsible for choosing to modify, slow down or even quit a given exercise or entire workout based on your physical condition.

There is an increased risk of injury by performing activities incorrectly. If you choose to participate in this exercise program, you assume these risks of your own free will and accord.

It is your responsibility to not exceed or overexert your own personal limits.

Hustle House, nor its employees, make any guarantees of results that may be obtained from our exercise program. Even if you follow the program in full, you may not obtain desired results. Actual results depend on the individual and effort exerted, in addition to nutritional and lifestyle choices.

All participants should obtain medical advice and approval prior to starting any strenuous activity, including prior to commencing any activities with Hustle House, LLC.

Return/Refund

If cancelling contract prior to the 6-month contract term is completed, the balance of the contract is due on the date of termination.  Contracts may be suspended for up to 3 months and are subject to Owner approval due to documented Illness, Injury, or Extended Travel (over 30 days). Privacy Policy

If you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans or other material, whether online, by email or postal mail, or otherwise, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are under no obligation to (1) Maintain any comments in confidence; (2) pay compensation for any comment; or (3) respond to any comments.

Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through the studio is to be used for studio purposes only.

Mobile Services

Hustle House may include certain services available via your mobile phone, including but not limited to (i) the ability to book and/or purchase class packages, (ii) the ability to receive and reply to Hustle House messages, (iii) the ability to browse Hustle House from your phone, (iv) the ability to access certain features through the MindBody app you have installed on your phone. We do not charge for these services. However, normal messaging and data rates will apply. By using these mobile services, you agree that we may communicate with you regarding Hustle House and other entities by SMS, MMS, text message or other electronic means to your mobile device.

You will create a password for your mobile app and you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of it. You agree not to use the account and password of another member at any time or to disclose yours to a third party. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account.

Intellectual Property

The trademarks of Hustle House are proprietary to Hustle House, LLC and may not be used by you for any reasons other than as expressly permitted by these terms. All Website and App content, design, text, graphics, and interfaces; the collection, selection, and arrangement thereof; and all software are property of, or duly licensed to, Hustle House. You have the right to view, electronically copy, and print in hard copy portions of the Website and App for the sole purpose of making class reservations, purchases, or other personal use.

Any other use of materials on the Website, including modification, distribution, or reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, without the prior written permission of Hustle House, is strictly prohibited.

You acknowledge that Hustle House and/or third-party content providers remain the owners of all Website and App materials, and that you do not acquire any of those ownership rights by downloading, copying, or using any such material in accordance with these Terms. Hustle House may discontinue or remove the Website or App, or any portion thereof, or discontinue your right to use the Website or App, or any portion thereof, at any time.

Any and all information on Hustle House specific workouts is prohibited from being shared.

By execution hereof, the participant agrees to the foregoing terms and conditions
